At ZMRI, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we offer a structured and transparent return & exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in original condition and packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.


3. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item delivered

For change of mind, returns may not be applicable unless approved by ZMRI support.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn footwear

  • Damaged items due to misuse

  • Items without original packaging
